A Day Retreat with Prajna and Larry Melton
Coming Soon
This will be a day to relax all conceptual knowledge of "enlightenment", to look within and directly experience your true essence. The greatest barrier to "liberation" is the belief that it is difficult and requires struggle. Spiritual awakening is our natural state, simply overlooked, and thought to be in the future. Come and step into this timeless reality—already and always here.
Preregistration is required.
Silent Sittings and Open Inquiry
Prajna is not available for additional meetings until January, 2011.
Please call 916-992-3828 to schedule a public or private meeting.
We begin each meeting with silent meditation—a portal to what you are—your true nature—already and always awake—the still alive presence behind all sense perceptions. The wisdom of who you are naturally dissolves any sense of separation. When this wisdom is not clear, all other pursuits are temporary placebos that calm the symptoms of doubt, worry, wanting and emotional pain. Temporary resolves recycle again and again. Resolving the inquiry, “Who or what am I?”—not as a description of accomplishments and accumulations, but as a direct knowing—is the key to happiness, peace and deep rest. Our job is to do nothing and let this peace have all of us without resistance.
Beneath every life circumstance or story of separation is the direct experience of non-separation, oneness. These meetings—often called “Satsang” which translates as “to join together in Truth”—are an invitation to discover the depth of who you are.
All are welcome.
Donation $15.00.
Awakening Women Embodiment Journey
You are invited to the 5th awakening women’s embodiment journey. We will explore spiritual awakening as it emerges and blossoms in female form. Our birth blesses us with both visible and invisible strength, challenge, beauty, and potential. This journey is designed to bring forth your true self; and unpack any unresolved issues that get in the way of your self-expression; as well as access and cultivate stillness and deep listening as a form of integration. Together we create a safe spacious environment for soft curves, full bellies, dancing discoveries and spontaneous expressions. Our collective focus and intention will deepen your connection to yourself, a connection that can not be acquired, attained or lost, as it is what we are.
his is not a therapy group, although healing happens. Together we are nourished by heart wisdom, stand grounded in true self and hold hands with compassion.

Writing Down Your Wisdom
In this writing workshop you are given space, encouragement and support to go as deeply as you’d like into the wisdom of your true voice. This is a wonderful practice that clears you of critical self-analysis, opens your heart and leaves you feeling uncensored and free. We practice deep listening through writing and reach different levels of self-discovery. Space and encouragement are given to enter our spiritual dimension and to share our discoveries. No prior experience as a writer is required.
Meets: on Tuesdays.
Start date TBA.

“Prajna's love of Truth is exquisite and is an invitation for all those that love Truth.”
~ Isaac Shapiro and Mieke Schutt, International Satsang Teachers
What is “Satsang”?
“Dear Prajna, Thank you for satsang. I am more able to be still, and it is changing my life. I have made many changes since my husband died. I am sorting out my 63-year marriage slowly, and still learning. It is wonderful that so many young women have found you. I admire your work and what you do in spite of the trials that your special children have given you.”
~ Magdalene Jaeckel Grass Valley, CA
“Prajna’s radiance of light and life is well grounded in the here and now. I value her as a woman, teacher, and friend.”
~ Maya Hill, Sculptor Nevada City, CA
“The whole experience of the women’s embodiment journey was safe with encouragement (as in, everything is welcome) and support for our hearts to be open and our innate wisdom to emerge. I touched a deep longing to do public speaking. I joined Toastmasters and won a contest, I’m on to the next level and more... It was my experience with the women's group that propelled me to go forward, after years of wanting to, I am.”
~ Jinnae Anderson, Editor Morgan Hill, CA
“I couldn’t put your writings down. I read it three times. You give expression to aspects of spiritual awakening that I’ve yearned to hear about from male teachers. I’ve passed it on to all of my women friends. We can’t wait to read the whole book.”
~ Amanda Lane, Sebastopol, CA
