In 1986 Prajna was introduced to non-dual wisdom through a non-denominational community that emphasized the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Nirsadagatta Maharaj, Anandamayama, Christ, Bankei, Buddha, and similar Sages and Mystics. These teachings had a deep resonation at the core of Prajna's being. “It was as if the brightest light with ancient roots turned on within, uncaused joy emerged and permanently shifted my perspective of reality.” In 1994, she gave birth to a beautiful daughter, and in 1996 she gave birth to beautiful though extremely premature brain injured twins. The ongoing need to meet the challenges, revelations, joys and ordeals of life with these children has been the playing field for spiritual awakening to actualize itself. At the core of Prajna’s work is seeing and dissolving unconscious patterns that are innocently passed on from one generation to the next and add to our collective unconsciousness and prevent spirit from fully embodying human form.
Prajna holds deep appreciation to Adyashanti, who has offered her invaluable assistance as a mentor and friend. As well as many other teachers along the way. Moreover, she has the deepest gratitude for the force that lives her and makes all meetings possible.
Since 2001 Prajna has been
working with individuals and groups
in private, in group meetings or on retreats. She is trained
and educated in a variety of healing modalities including
the Hakomi Method of Body-Centered Psychotherapy,
Transpersonal Psychology and Counseling from a Non-dual
Perspective.
