Whatever comes let it come,
what stays let stay, what goes let go,
always Keep Quiet, and always adore Self.
This is the essence of living skillfully
in the world of appearance.
During all activities of life
always know that you are the Self.
The way to live a happy beautiful life
is to accept whatever comes
and not care about what does not come.
The true Teacher has no students,
all is Being and only Silence speaks.
The perfect Teacher has no teachings
because he knows that you are Free already.
So the true Teacher's non-teaching
is that there is no Teacher, no student, no teaching,
and that Nothing has ever existed.
This Teaching must be without words
and must land in your Heart.
If you try to understand, it will only land in your head.

Expectations are illusions, so don't run after them and
don't get involved in anger, lust or greed either.
Just don't involve yourself with them.
Keeping Quiet and content is the best weapon.
Don't touch anything that appears
because it will soon disappear.
Look Within to where there is no name or form
and you will know who you are:
Freedom.
back to top Nothing belongs to you! It is all like the breeze.
Leave your mind as free as the breeze
by not clinging to anything.
This is the secret to happiness:
Enjoy the garden,
but do not cling to anything!
Because of the habit of going out to objects, you forget
that what you are involved in is a projection on the
screen. Due to this forgetfulness, identification goes from
being the silent Witness to becoming the projection itself.
You forget that you are the screen on which these projections are arising and passing.
Recently, especially after retreats I often hear what a great teacher I am, with such a clear teaching. Of course, I’m sure other things are said but that is the part I do not hear. What a losey teacher I am. All in all, both are false and as soon as I start feeling like a teacher, my head starts spinning. The spinning seems to come from momentarily believing that I have a teaching to offer. After I simply let that spinning happen and settle directly in to the midst of my own experience I can’t find anything, and I’m right back where I started in the discovery of no thing, nothing to teach, nothing to give, nothing to take away. This comes as a great relieve. In this relieve a very profound and pervasive Silence is the most obvious thing.
One of the greatest obstacles in the search for freedom, is the believe or idea that it is not already here, that it exists somewhere else, and that it is obtained through great merits, good karma.
